DPI × in-game sensitivity. It is a quick reference inside the same game, but different game engines use different yaw values.
cm/360
The physical mouse distance required for a full rotation. It is the cleaner baseline when moving between games.

Use the same short reaction, flick and tracking drills. Record the result, change one input, and repeat.
